Emma absolutely LOVES her cousins. My sister, Julie, has two boys, Porter and Andrew, ages 2 1/2 and 8 months. One of Emma's earliest words was Andrew (spoke like An-Zo0 or An-Doo) and she just recently started saying Porter (Pu - tuh) with the cutest intonation pattern.
Julie lives in Lehi so she is only about 15 minutes away, needless to say, we are over at their place quite often. Emma and Porter squeal whenever they see each other and run to give each other hugs. Today, we went to a cousin's homecoming talk in Highland and Porter saw Emma across the parking lot. Porter let out a high-pitched squeal and starting booking it for Emma. Emma heard Porter and started squealing and running as well. The met and gave each other a hug. I credit Porter for leading by example on how to be affectionate when greeting. She has learned that from him!!
Emma and Porter are generally pretty good when they play together. However, at times, they aren't so good at playing because they both want what the other one is playing with. The both love to horse-play with their favorite uncles and aunts and of course mommy and daddy!
